You’re here because you’re passionate about your ride, and so are we. We want your TTSPORT brake upgrade to be a total win. Here’s some straight talk to make sure everything goes smoothly, from fitment to bedding in.

Our Return Policy

Look, we know you get it. Your brake kit is custom-made for your specific car. That means once it's built, it's yours. We can only accept returns if there’s a genuine quality defect from our side.

Sometimes, aftermarket wheels can be tricky. Depending on the design, you might need spacers for clearance. We’ll do our best to help you figure it out, but issues related to wheel spacers don't qualify for a return.

1. Let's Nail the Fitment

To get this right the first time, we need your help. Before you order, please give us the following info:

• Your vehicle's Make, Model, Year, and VIN.
• Your wheel size and specs.

We’ll likely ask you to confirm some measurements and send a few photos of your wheels. Please double-check everything you send us. TTSPORT isn't responsible for fitment issues if the specs you provided were off.

We check every single part before it leaves our shop. When your kit arrives, give it a good look-over. If you spot any potential quality issues, let us know within 24 hours.

2. The Fun Part: Bedding In Your New Brakes

This is key to awesome performance. Don't skip it.

1. Find a safe, open road. Bring your car up to 40 mph (approx. 65 km/h) and apply firm, steady pressure to slow down to 10 mph (approx. 15 km/h). Don't come to a complete stop. Do this 10 times to get the pads and rotors acquainted.
2. For the next 300-600 miles (approx. 500-1,000 km), take it easy. No crazy hard stops. This cures the pads and rotors and ensures a long, happy life.
3. You'll notice our high-carbon steel rotors have a colored, grooved surface. This isn't just for looks—it helps speed up the bedding-in process and fights off corrosion.

3. Our Promise: The TTSPORT Warranty

We build our kits to last, and we stand by our work. Here’s the breakdown:

• Calipers: Covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects. We also offer lifetime maintenance (you just pay for parts).
• Rotors & Hoses: Covered for 90 days against manufacturing defects. These are wear items, but you can expect them to last 25,000-35,000 miles (approx. 40,000-60,000 km) depending on your driving style.
• Brake Pads: Covered for 90 days against manufacturing defects. Typically good for 15,000-25,000 miles (approx. 25,000-40,000 km).
• Custom Hats/Brackets: We guarantee they'll fit perfectly out of the box. Once they're installed, they're not covered under warranty.

4. Pro Tips for Long-Lasting Performance

1. After a session of hard driving, let your brakes cool down naturally. Don't spray them with cold water—that's a fast way to warp rotors.
2. Brakes feel different in the rain. Give yourself some extra stopping distance.
3. If you hear or feel anything weird—grinding, shaking, etc.—talk to your installer right away.

Recommended Service Intervals:

• Rotors: Replace them when wear exceeds 3 mm (approx. 0.12 inches).
• Front Pads: Plan on swapping them every 20,000 miles (approx. 32,000 km) or so.
• Rear Pads: Usually last longer, around 35,000 miles (approx. 56,000 km).
• Brake Fluid: Flush and replace every 25,000 miles (approx. 40,000 km) or every 2 years, whichever comes first.
