TTSPORT Big Brake Kits Take the Stage at Dongguan AIT Show

par LinLynn 16 Jul 2026

TTSPORT closed out another stop on its show calendar at the AIT auto exhibition in Dongguan, putting its big brake kit lineup in front of a fresh crowd of tuners, shop owners, and daily drivers looking to upgrade their stopping power.

The TTSPORT booth ran the full length of the show, with big brake kits mounted up and cut away so visitors could see the caliper, rotor, and hardware without pulling a wheel. It's the kind of setup that turns a quick walk-by into a ten-minute conversation once people start asking about fitment for their own car.

Most of the questions at the booth came down to the same thing: will a bigger caliper actually make a difference on the street, or is it just for the track? The TTSPORT team walked through fitment, pad options, and what to expect from pedal feel once a kit is installed.

Why Big Brake Kits Matter

Braking is a heat management problem before it's anything else. Every time a car slows down, kinetic energy turns into heat at the rotor face, and the pads have to keep biting consistently as that heat climbs. A small factory rotor with a thin caliper runs out of surface area to shed that heat fast enough, and the fluid and pads start to fade — the pedal goes long and soft right when you need it short and firm.

A bigger rotor gives that same heat more surface area to dissipate across, and a stiffer, multi-piston caliper resists flexing under hard clamping loads, so pedal effort goes straight into stopping force instead of getting soaked up by a caliper body twisting under pressure. That's the whole case for a big brake kit in plain terms: more thermal capacity, more rigidity, a pedal that stays predictable lap after lap or stop after stop.

That's the story TTSPORT told at the AIT booth — not just bigger parts, but a system built so the pedal feels the same on the fifth hard stop as it does on the first.

More From the Booth
