TTSPORT Debuts New Six-Piston Calipers at 2020 GT Show Suzhou
2020 GT Show, one of China's biggest modified-car shows, opened its doors in Suzhou, and TTSPORT set up shop at Booth D-41 with a full lineup of big brake kits, from the shop's popular TT5440 to two brand-new six-piston calipers.
TTSPORT Takes the Floor at 2020 GT Show
The Suzhou show floor drew a heavy crowd of modified-car owners and shop builders on opening day, and TTSPORT's booth was set up front and center with calipers, rotors, and kits mounted for close inspection rather than tucked behind glass.
Visitors could handle the hardware directly — pick up a caliper, check the machining on a mounting bracket, look at rotor vane geometry up close. That's the point of a show like this: let people see the build quality for themselves instead of just reading a spec sheet.
The Lineup: From the TT5440 to New Six-Piston Calipers
A big brake kit only does its job if the caliper stays rigid and the pad stays cool under repeated hard stops — flex in the caliper body eats pedal feel, and heat soak fades the pad compound. TTSPORT built this show's lineup around solving both problems at different price and performance points.
The TT5440 anchored the booth — it's the kit TTSPORT's customers keep coming back for, and it was the first thing most visitors asked about. Alongside it, the show marked the public debut of two new six-piston calipers.
The TT8705 is a forged monobloc six-piston caliper — forging and a one-piece body both fight bore distortion under load, which keeps pedal feel consistent as the brakes get worked hard. The TT8703S, a competition-spec cast monobloc six-piston caliper, sits alongside it as a track-focused option.
Beyond TTSPORT's own calipers, the booth also carried Wilwood's ceramic brake kits and Ferodo pads — friction materials that plenty of the same enthusiasts running TTSPORT hardware pair on their cars, so it made sense to have them on the same table for a side-by-side look.
