TT5410 Forged Four-Piston Big Brake Kit / TTSPORT Classic 5410
TTSPORT's newest caliper, the TT5410, is a forged four-piston unit built around a two-piece (split) body rather than a single monobloc casting. It's a fresh shape for the lineup — its own mounting geometry, its own machining details, built specifically so it doesn't just look like a reshuffled version of something already on the market.

The TT5410 is pitched as a competition-derived caliper meant to do double duty on the street and at the track. The forged aluminum body goes through calculated, load-checked material removal in non-structural areas to trim caliper weight — and by extension unsprung mass — without giving up rigidity where it's needed for clamping force.
Forged Four-Piston Design

Inside, the TT5410 uses a staggered four-piston bore — two 41mm pistons and two 38mm pistons — with a stepped, "flower-profile" pistons face pulled from TTSPORT's competition parts bin. Reducing the contact area between piston and pad backing plate cuts how much heat transfers into the caliper body and brake fluid, and it helps the caliper shed heat faster during repeated hard stops instead of holding onto it.

Why It Works
- A forged, split two-piece body aligns the aluminum grain structure for more rigidity under clamping load than a cast caliper, which helps keep pedal feel firm instead of going soft under hard braking.
- The staggered 41mm/38mm piston layout helps even out clamping pressure across the pad face, which supports more even pad wear.
- The Dacromet-coated rotor resists corrosion on the portion of the disc face the pads don't sweep, so you don't end up with a rust ring that affects initial bite.
- The ceramic pad compound's higher friction coefficient and heat tolerance are meant to extend pad life, and the center wear line gives a visual cue instead of guesswork on replacement timing.
- The banjo-style ("abacus bead") fitting at the caliper inlet is built for a tighter seal where the stainless line meets the caliper, aiming for quicker fluid transfer and a more responsive pedal.
