Shipping & Delivery Policy

TTSPORT brake systems and related brake upgrade components are custom-made, made to order, or configured according to the customer’s vehicle, fitment, specifications, finish, size, or order requirements.

Because our products are not standard off-the-shelf inventory, the total delivery timeline consists of two separate stages: production time plus transit time.

Please review the estimated production and shipping timelines before placing your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the product is custom-made and that the delivery timeline may be longer than standard ready-stock products.

1. Production Lead Times

Every TTSPORT product is strictly made to order. We do not begin production until your order is confirmed and paid in full.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Transit time begins only after production, inspection, packing, and carrier handover are complete.

2. Transit Times & Shipping Methods

Once production is complete, your order will be packed and handed over to the carrier. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout, the destination country, customs clearance, carrier capacity, and local delivery conditions.

Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Tracking information will be provided by email once the package has shipped.

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is calculated as:

Production time + packing and inspection time + carrier transit time + customs clearance time, if applicable.

For custom-made orders, the estimated total delivery time may exceed 30 days. This longer timeline is part of the agreed delivery terms when disclosed before purchase, in the product page, checkout, order confirmation, or written communication.

4. Delays, Updated Timelines & Customer Consent

We make reasonable efforts to ship within the production and shipping timelines stated at checkout, in the product description, in the order confirmation, or in written communication.

If we cannot ship your order within the stated or agreed timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimated shipping date where required by applicable law.

If applicable law requires your consent to a shipping delay, cancellation, or refund for an unshipped order, we will comply with that law.

5. International Customs, Duties, VAT & Taxes

TTSPORT ships worldwide. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties, customs fees, VAT, brokerage fees, local taxes, storage fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

The customer is responsible for local customs clearance and for paying any applicable import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs-related charges required by the destination country.

• Customs fees and import taxes are determined by the destination country and local customs authorities.
• Customs clearance delays are outside TTSPORT’s direct control.
• Failure or refusal to pay customs charges does not qualify as a product defect or shipping damage.
• If a package is refused, abandoned, destroyed, seized, or returned because customs charges were not paid or customs clearance was not completed, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs, return costs, storage fees, customs charges, and other non-recoverable costs, except where prohibited by applicable law.

6. Order Confirmation & Fitment Review

Some orders may require fitment confirmation before production begins. This may include vehicle make, model, year, trim, brake specification, wheel size, wheel clearance, intended use, or modification details.

Delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late customer-provided information may extend the production timeline. TTSPORT is not responsible for delays caused by missing or inaccurate customer-side fitment information.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because TTSPORT products are custom-made, orders may only be changed or canceled before production begins and only if we confirm the change or cancellation in writing.

Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged, or refunded for non-quality-related reasons.

If a change request is accepted before production begins, the order timeline may be extended and additional charges may apply.

8. Shipping Damage, Missing Items & Delivery Issues

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If the package or product appears damaged, missing parts, incorrect, or materially different from your confirmed order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@ttsport-racing.com.

1. Provide your order number.
2. Provide clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damaged or missing item.
3. Keep the original packaging and do not discard any shipping materials until the issue is reviewed.
4. Do not install, modify, repair, or return the product before receiving written instructions from TTSPORT.

We may require evidence to evaluate the issue, file a carrier claim, or determine whether repair, replacement, missing-part shipment, partial refund, or another legally required remedy applies.

9. Risk of Loss After Delivery

Once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, TTSPORT is not responsible for theft, loss, weather exposure, or damage occurring after delivery, except where required by applicable law.

Please provide a secure shipping address and monitor tracking updates after dispatch.

Important Notice for Custom-Made Brake Products

TTSPORT brake systems are precision components. Before installation, the customer and installer must verify product condition, vehicle compatibility, wheel clearance, specification accuracy, and package completeness.

If there is any visible damage, suspected defect, missing part, or fitment concern, contact us before installation.

How long does production take? Is production time the same as shipping time? Who pays customs duties, VAT, and import taxes? Can I cancel after production starts? What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
