Suzuki Swift Big Brake Kit Upgrade / TTSPORT Classic 5440
Suzuki's Swift (known in China as the Yanyan) has always traded on its go-kart-like size and playful handling — comparisons to the MINI Cooper aren't a stretch. But the factory brake hardware on a car like this is built to a budget, not to match the chassis's potential. This build, done at Hangzhou Black Horse Auto Studio, swaps the stock setup for a TTSPORT 5440 forged four-piston big brake kit, tucked behind a set of 17-inch wheels with no spacers needed.
The upgrade centers on three pieces: the TT5440 forged four-piston caliper, a 330x28mm high-carbon heat-treated curved rotor, and a set of TTSPORT stainless steel brake lines. All three work together instead of just bolting on a bigger caliper by itself.

Why It Works
The TT5440 is built as a two-piece forged aluminum caliper rather than a cast one, which keeps the body stiffer under clamping load — that rigidity is what stops pedal feel from going soft as you push harder into a corner or a hard stop. The forging and CNC machining also let TTSPORT trim material where it isn't structurally needed, so the caliper body stays compact while opening up more room for heat to escape around the pistons and pad contact area.
- Four-piston, star-profile pistons without dust boots for consistent, even pad pressure across the rotor face
- 330x28mm high-carbon heat-treated curved rotor adds swept area and thermal mass over the factory disc
- Fits behind the car's existing 17-inch wheels, no spacers required
- Stainless steel brake lines resist expansion under pressure, translating pedal input more directly to the calipers
