Mercedes-Benz E-Class (W210) Big Brake Kit Upgrade / TTSPORT Classic 8611
This "four-eye" Mercedes-Benz E-Class — the W210 generation with its distinctive quad headlights — is a car plenty of enthusiasts still hold onto for its looks alone. Its owner wanted the braking hardware to match his taste for the platform, so the stock front and rear brakes came off in favor of a TTSPORT front six-piston / rear two-piston big brake kit.
The car rides on 18-inch wheels, and the whole point of this build was a real performance upgrade without touching wheel fitment. TTSPORT spec'd a front TT8611 forged six-piston caliper with a 330x28mm high-carbon heat-treated drilled rotor, paired with a rear TT7700 forged two-piston caliper, a 330x24.5mm drilled rotor, and stainless steel brake lines.

Why It Works

On the rear, the TT7700 two-piston caliper and matching 330x24.5mm rotor bring the back axle up to the same standard, so braking bias stays balanced instead of leaning too hard on an upgraded front and an untouched rear. New stainless lines resist the swelling that rubber lines develop over time, keeping pedal feel consistent under load.
