Why It Works
A forged six-piston fixed caliper doesn't flex under hard braking the way a stock sliding caliper does. Less flex means the pedal responds more directly to how much force you put into it — a more linear, predictable feel instead of the vague travel typical of factory setups. Six pistons also spread clamping force more evenly across the pad, which helps consistency lap after lap or stop after stop.

Before final mounting, the installer wrapped the new caliper in masking tape and spun the wheel through a full rotation to check for contact. A clean tape surface after the test confirmed the kit cleared the 18-inch wheel with room to spare.
