A built Tundra or Sequoia asks more from the front brakes than the factory system was designed to handle. Steel armor, a winch, roof tent, drawers, long-range gear, towing weight, and 33-35 inch tires all add mass and leverage. On long descents or repeated stop-and-go trail approaches, that weight shows up as heat, pedal travel, and reduced confidence.
The TTSPORT OR6 front big brake kit is built for loaded overland and off-road use where predictable braking matters more than peak numbers. The forged 6-piston caliper, heat-insulated pistons with dust boots, high-carbon iron rotors, and stainless-steel braided lines are selected to improve pedal stability, thermal capacity, and control when the truck is heavy and the road is steep, loose, or corrugated.
If your Toyota Tundra XK50 or Sequoia XK60 has moved beyond stock duty, the OR6 kit gives the front axle a braking package better matched to the way the vehicle is actually used.
The specifications below reflect the matched TTSPORT OR6 front big brake kit data. Final vehicle configuration, rotor option, brake-line fittings, and wheel clearance should be confirmed before ordering.

Rotor sizing and brake-line fittings are vehicle-application dependent. Confirm the final kit configuration for your Tundra XK50 or Sequoia XK60 before purchase.

Confirm the truck is running 17 in or larger wheels. Wheel diameter is only the first check; barrel shape and spoke profile still affect brake clearance.

Measure from the rotor mounting face toward the back of the spokes. The matched OR6 specification requires at least 91 mm of spoke clearance.

Verify that your vehicle is a Toyota Tundra XK50 or Sequoia XK60 and confirm trim, brake package, wheel specs, tire size, and typical load before ordering.
Not sure about clearance? Send your VIN, wheel diameter, wheel width, offset, spoke photos, and current tire size through our Contact us page. We can help confirm the correct fitment path before you buy.
