Most LC150 Prado and GX builds left “family SUV” duty a long time ago. Lift kits, steel bumpers, sliders, long-range tanks, roof tents, drawers, fridges and kids’ bikes on the hitch turn them into genuine long-distance tourers. The stock front brakes were never designed around that kind of permanent load.
OR6 brings the front end up to spec: forged 6-piston calipers with 79 cm² (12.25 in²) of piston area and 32 mm thick high-carbon rotors that keep working when you’ve been on steep, rough roads all day in a fully loaded Prado or GX.
If your LC150 Prado or GX carries its “holiday weight” 365 days a year, OR6 is the front brake upgrade that gives you back some margin on the way down as well as on the way up.
The LC150 Prado & GX OR6 kit uses our heavy off-road hardware in a platform-specific configuration. The spec below is what lets a fully loaded Prado or GX stop like a modern system instead of an overworked stock one.

Confirm your LC150 Prado or GX is running 17" or larger wheels suitable for a big brake kit.
Measure from the rotor mounting face to the back of the wheel spokes. You need at least 91 mm (3.58 in) of clearance.
Verify your LC150 Prado or GX400/GX460 year, engine and brake package, or send us your VIN, wheel specs and typical load so we can confirm the correct kit.

Sometimes, aftermarket wheels can be tricky. Depending on the design, you might need spacers for clearance. We’ll do our best to help you figure it out, but issues related to wheel spacers don't qualify for a return.

We’ll likely ask you to confirm some measurements and send a few photos of your wheels. Please double-check everything you send us. TTSPORT isn't responsible for fitment issues if the specs you provided were off.
We check every single part before it leaves our shop. When your kit arrives, give it a good look-over. If you spot any potential quality issues, let us know within 24 hours.
