Brake Service Hardware · Vehicle-Specific Caliper Brackets · Forged S45C Steel
TTSPORT Forged S45C CNC Caliper Brackets are vehicle-specific brake service components that position the caliper correctly over the rotor. Forged S45C carbon steel, CNC-machined mounting faces, and application-matched geometry help support accurate caliper centering, stable pad sweep, and reliable brake hardware alignment.
The caliper bracket controls caliper position, rotor offset, and pad sweep. If the bracket flexes, sits off-center, or places the caliper at the wrong radial or lateral offset, the brake system can develop inconsistent pedal feel, uneven pad contact, abnormal wear, vibration, or reduced braking performance.
This is not a universal adapter. Each bracket must match the vehicle knuckle, TTSPORT caliper mounting pattern, rotor diameter, rotor thickness, and hardware specification.

No specifications beyond those listed are claimed. Exact dimensions, hardware type, and torque values are issued with the bracket part number for your specific application.
This product page describes caliper brackets only. Calipers, brake rotors, brake pads, brake hoses, brake fluid, rotor hats, and installation hardware are not included unless separately specified on the final order.
Caliper brackets are not universal. Before purchase, confirm the exact vehicle year, make, model, trim, front or rear axle position, TTSPORT caliper model, rotor diameter, rotor thickness, rotor offset, and required mounting hardware.
Safety-critical component: Caliper brackets must be installed by a qualified technician using the torque values, tightening sequence, and hardware specified for your TTSPORT bracket and caliper combination.
Do not modify the bracket, stack random spacers behind the caliper, enlarge mounting holes, or pair the bracket with a non-matched rotor diameter. Any change to caliper, rotor, knuckle, or rotor offset requires new fitment confirmation.
Send your vehicle year, make, model, trim, axle position, current TTSPORT caliper model, rotor diameter, rotor thickness, rotor hat offset if applicable, and wheel offset if known. TTSPORT will confirm the correct bracket part number for your build before purchase.
Yes. Each bracket is machined to match a specific vehicle knuckle, TTSPORT caliper, rotor diameter, and rotor offset. Confirm your exact vehicle and brake setup before ordering because these are not universal adapters.
The brackets are forged S45C carbon steel, then CNC-machined to final dimensions. Forged steel provides the rigidity and fatigue resistance needed for a safety-critical caliper mounting component.
The brackets receive a protective surface finish suitable for under-vehicle use. Periodic inspection is still recommended because brake dust, road salt, moisture, and impact damage can affect exposed hardware over time.
Use only the hardware specified for your TTSPORT bracket and caliper combination, torqued to the listed value. Do not reuse stretched, corroded, damaged, or unknown-history bolts on a brake mounting point.
No. Bracket geometry sets caliper centering, rotor offset, and pad sweep. A different caliper, rotor diameter, rotor thickness, or rotor offset can misalign the pads and reduce braking performance.
Yes. Send your vehicle year, make, model, trim, axle position, TTSPORT caliper model, rotor diameter, rotor thickness, and rotor hat offset if applicable. TTSPORT will confirm the correct bracket part number before you order.
