TTSPORT stainless steel braided brake lines replace aging rubber hoses with a low-expansion PTFE core, SUS304 stainless braid, and a protective PVC outer sheath. The result is a firmer pedal, more direct hydraulic response, and more consistent feel under repeated hard braking.
Factory rubber brake hoses flex under pressure. That flex absorbs hydraulic force before it reaches the caliper, which translates to longer pedal travel and a softer, less predictable feel. Braided stainless lines constrain that expansion so more of your input goes straight to the pistons.
Low-expansion PTFE tube resists swelling under line pressure and is chemically compatible with DOT 3, DOT 4, and DOT 5.1 brake fluids.
Tightly woven stainless steel braid wraps the PTFE core to limit radial expansion and protect against pressure-driven ballooning.
Smooth PVC jacket shields the braid from road grime and reduces abrasion against suspension components, paint, and surrounding hardware.
Machined fittings are crimped to the line for a sealed, leak-resistant connection at the caliper and chassis hard-line side.

This product page describes stainless steel braided brake lines only. Calipers, rotors, pads, brackets, rotor hats, brake fluid, and installation hardware are not included unless separately specified on the final order.
Safety: Brake line installation must be performed by a qualified technician. Do not force a line into position or allow it to rub against moving components. Improper installation can cause brake failure.
Braided lines are the hydraulic finishing touch for any brake upgrade. They work well alongside performance pads, slotted or drilled rotors, fresh high-temp brake fluid, and big brake kit installations where pedal feel matters most.
Yes. By limiting hose expansion, braided lines reduce the amount of pedal travel absorbed by the hose itself. The change is most noticeable on vehicles with original or aged rubber hoses.
The PTFE inner core is compatible with standard glycol-based brake fluids including DOT 3, DOT 4, and DOT 5.1. They are not intended for use with silicone-based DOT 5 fluid.
Yes. Line length, fitting type, thread size, and routing vary by vehicle and by brake setup. Verify the exact fitment for your application before purchase, especially if you are running a big brake kit or modified suspension.
Brake work should be performed by a qualified technician. The system must be properly bled and leak-checked before the vehicle is driven. Improper installation can cause brake failure.
The PVC sheath protects the braid from road debris and abrasion, supporting long service life. Inspect the lines periodically for chafe, cuts, or contact with moving components and replace if any damage is found.
