A built 200 Series Land Cruiser or LX570 asks much more from the front brakes than a stock daily driver. Armor, winch weight, drawers, long-range fuel, towing load, roof tents, and 33–35 inch tire packages all increase the work required to slow the vehicle with control.
The TTSPORT OR6 front big brake kit is engineered for heavy overland and off-road use where predictable pedal feel matters: long mountain descents, loaded highway travel, washboard roads, and repeated low-speed braking on technical terrain. The 6-piston forged aluminum calipers, high-carbon iron rotors, stainless-steel braided lines, and matched pads increase thermal capacity and front-axle control without turning the truck into a harsh, track-focused setup.
For Toyota LC200 and Lexus LX570 owners building around payload, range, and confidence, OR6 provides a stronger front braking foundation while keeping the installation focused on direct-mount, vehicle-specific fitment.
Final wheel clearance must be checked before ordering. Wheel diameter alone is not enough; spoke shape, barrel profile, and offset can decide whether the kit clears.
The specifications below use the matched TTSPORT OR6 front kit data. The Direct-Mount Series caliper, rotor, pad, and brake line configuration is selected for front-axle stopping control on loaded off-road and touring builds.

Use the rotor size, wheel clearance, and vehicle application data for the exact kit variant being ordered. Do not assume another OR6 application uses the same rotor or brake line configuration.

Confirm the vehicle is running 17 in or larger wheels. Also check the inner barrel profile because tire size and wheel diameter do not guarantee big brake clearance.

Measure from the rotor mounting face toward the back of the wheel spokes. This OR6 fitment requires a minimum spoke clearance of 91 mm.

Verify that your vehicle is a Toyota LC200 or Lexus LX570 and confirm the trim, front knuckle, brake line fittings, and wheel package before finalizing the order.
