A Tank 500 with seven seats, armor, racks, luggage and a trailer is a very different load case from the one the factory brakes were designed around.
The 7642TK front system is built for that heavier reality. A forged 6-piston caliper with 63.5 cm² (9.84 in²) of piston area and 32 mm thick high-carbon rotors gives your Tank 500 the braking reserve it needs when it’s hauling family, camping gear and toys through mountains or desert.
If your Tank 500 is built as a long-distance family tourer or tow rig rather than a city cruiser, 7642TK is the front brake package that lets it stop with the same confidence it accelerates with.
The 7642TK Tank 500 kit uses the same heavy-duty architecture as our off-road systems, but tuned for the weight and duty cycle of a big seven-seat SUV that tows and tours.
