  1. In a safe area, brake from 60 km/h to 10 km/h with moderate pressure—repeat 10 times.
  2. Drive 500–1,000 km with light to moderate usage before full braking performance. Avoid aggressive stops.
  3. Our high‑carbon steel discs have grooved, color‑treated surfaces to help quick bedding and resist corrosion.

3. Product Warranty

  • Calipers: 1‑year warranty on defects. Lifetime maintenance available (parts charged).
  • Discs & Hoses: 90‑day warranty for defects. Expected lifespan: 40,000–60,000 km.
  • Brake Pads: 90‑day coverage. Typical lifespan: 20,000–40,000 km.
  • Custom Hats/Brackets: Fit guaranteed; no warranty post-installation.

4. Usage & Maintenance

  1. Do not wash immediately after hard braking to prevent rotor warpage.
  2. Allow extra stopping distance when driving in wet conditions.
  3. If you experience unusual noise or vibration, consult your installer immediately.

  • Replace rotors when wear exceeds 3 mm.
