The TTSPORT Evolution ES6 is a front 6-piston big brake kit built for drivers who need firmer pedal response, greater rotor thermal capacity, and repeatable stopping control. Its two-piece forged aluminum caliper uses staggered piston sizing to support balanced pad loading across the rotor face, helping the brake pedal feel more progressive instead of abrupt or inconsistent.
The ES6 platform pairs the forged caliper with a 32 mm thick two-piece rotor package, matched brake pads, stainless-steel braided lines, CNC-machined rotor hats, and vehicle-specific radial-mount brackets. The result is a platform-adapted front brake system designed to improve brake bite, modulation, and heat management while keeping installation dependent on verified wheel and vehicle clearance.
Bedding-in is required after installation. Final fitment depends on the selected rotor package, vehicle application, caliper bracket, brake line fittings, and wheel clearance.
The ES6 specification is centered on a forged 6-piston front caliper, 355–380 mm rotor compatibility, and pad compounds matched to either iron/steel or carbon-ceramic rotor material. Use the table below as the source of truth for the kit architecture and configuration limits.

Confirm the vehicle is running 18 in or larger wheels. Wheel diameter is only the first check; inner barrel and spoke shape still matter.

Measure from the rotor mounting face toward the inner wheel spokes. The ES6 requires a minimum 99 mm of spoke clearance.

Confirm the correct vehicle-specific caliper brackets, rotor hats, and brake line fittings before ordering.
Need a fitment template? Contact us with your vehicle year, make, model, trim, wheel size, wheel offset, and front brake photos so TTSPORT can help verify wheel clearance before purchase.
Verify three items before ordering: wheel diameter, minimum spoke clearance, and the correct vehicle-specific mounting hardware. The ES6 recommends 18 in or larger wheels and requires 99 mm minimum spoke clearance. Because caliper brackets and brake line fittings vary by application, provide your vehicle details and wheel specifications for confirmation.
The ES6 front kit is configured around the ES6 forged 6-piston calipers, two-piece front rotors, rotor-matched brake pads, stainless-steel braided brake lines, CNC-machined rotor hats, and CNC-machined caliper mounting brackets.
The ES6 uses 27 mm, 32 mm, and 38 mm piston pairs to manage pad pressure across the swept area of the rotor. This staggered layout supports smoother engagement, more consistent pad loading, and better pedal modulation during repeated braking.

Look, we know you get it. Your brake kit is custom-made for your specific car. That means once it's built, it's yours. We can only accept returns if there’s a genuine quality defect from our side.
Sometimes, aftermarket wheels can be tricky. Depending on the design, you might need spacers for clearance. We’ll do our best to help you figure it out, but issues related to wheel spacers don't qualify for a return.
To get this right the first time, we need your help. Before you order, please give us the following info:
We’ll likely ask you to confirm some measurements and send a few photos of your wheels. Please double-check everything you send us. TTSPORT isn't responsible for fitment issues if the specs you provided were off.
We check every single part before it leaves our shop. When your kit arrives, give it a good look-over. If you spot any potential quality issues, let us know within 24 hours.
