This Mercedes-AMG GLC63 already has the performance hardware to back up its 4.0L twin-turbo V8 — 476 PS, 650 N·m, and a factory 0-60 time in the mid-3-second range. What it didn't have was a rotor built to match that repeated punishment lap after lap. Rather than swap the caliper, the owner kept the factory AMG SLS six-piston caliper and upgraded straight to a TTSPORT 400x38mm carbon-ceramic rotor — a rotor-for-rotor OEM+ conversion that drops rotating mass and adds thermal capacity without touching the wheel fitment.

The GLC63's AMG SLS caliper is a real six-piston fixed unit, plenty rigid on its own — the weak link on a heavy, high-power SUV like this is usually the stock cast-iron rotor running out of thermal headroom on repeated hard stops. Swapping in a carbon-ceramic rotor behind the same caliper addresses that directly.
