Why It Works
- A forged fixed six-piston caliper doesn't flex under load the way a factory sliding caliper does, which means more of your pedal input goes straight into clamping force instead of getting absorbed by caliper deflection — that's where the firmer, more predictable pedal comes from.
- The progressive piston layout spreads clamping pressure more evenly across the pad, so the factory master cylinder can drive the calipers effectively without needing a booster upgrade.
- Stepping up to a 355x32mm rotor adds mass and surface area over the stock disc, giving the system more thermal capacity to resist fade during repeated hard stops.
- The kit was installed and confirmed to clear the car's 18-inch factory wheels, keeping the OEM look while upgrading the hardware behind it.
